A Great Day for a BBQ at Venture Training

Thursday, September 14th the weather cooperated and we were thrilled to host our annual summer BBQ event for the Venture Training team.

Venture Training is a part of the Vernon and District Association for Community Living (VDACL), a registered not-for-profit that that believes people with developmental disabilities are individuals with the same rights as any other person. They are committed to helping participants reach their fullest potential regarding their independence and community involvement.

VSSRotary has been a long-time supporter of Venture Training, and the summer BBQ event is but one way we show Venture Training participants and supports how appreciated they are in our community.
